Returns & Exchanges

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
  • After 60 days, merchandise may be returned for a GLOgoodz merchandise credit to be used for future online purchases.
  • Merchandise returned must be in its new, unused original condition and in its original packaging.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be credited in original form of payment less the shipping and handling fees.
  • Items returned that were part of  “FREE SHIPPING” will be refunded or credited for the cost of the items minus what would have been the cost of shipping (refer to shipping policy).
  • Exchanged items sent will be charged the shipping fee (refer to shipping policy).
  • Gifts may be returned for a merchandise credit or exchanged for other merchandise of equal or greater value.  Gifts exchanged for merchandise of lesser value are not subject to a merchandise credit for any remaining amount beyond the total cost of the new item plus shipping. Shipping policies/fees stated above apply. (Refund checks are not available for gift returns.)
  • All sale items are final sales.
  • Please note: Customer is responsible for all freight charges if the delivery is returned, refused or cancelled during processing.

 

SALES TAX

Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to California addresses. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.

 

How do I return a package?

For your convenience, the Packing Slip includes a Return Label that you may use when shipping the package back to us. Simply fill out the form on the Packing Slip located next to this Return Label letting us know the reason for your return and include it inside the package you are returning. Then attach the Return Label to the outside of your package and send the package insured via your favorite carrier, USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. If you are shipping the item back to us in its original box or mailing envelope, please first remove the old label from the packaging or make sure that the Return Label covers the old one. Shipping is non-refundable. Returns older than 60 days will be issued merchandise credit.

How do I exchange an item?

If you have found another item that you would prefer over one you have already received, please return the item you received according to the instructions above and check off the desired item and size on the packing slip included with your original purchase. If the return is less than 60 days old and you wish to receive a merchandise credit to use on a new order instead of a refund, please select action code C on the packing slip and provide an email address to receive the merchandise credit. Returns older than 60 days will automatically be issued a merchandise credit (electronic gift certificate). Shipping and processing fees do apply on exchanges (currently $3.99 or $4.99 for one item exchanged and nominally higher for each additional item). Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you exchange, and delivering them to you.
